The Hunger Project–Ethiopia /THP-E/conducted a project familiarization workshop in Butajira town to inform Woreda-level stakeholders about the “Nature First Project” and its objectives.
It is to be recalled that the project launching had taken place earlier, and the workshop provided an opportunity to explain the project’s planned activities and approach.
Dr. Regassa Terefe, THP-E Program Manager, outlined the “Nature First Project” goals and implementation strategies.
Representatives from Woreda-level government sector offices participated and expressed their readiness to collaborate.
The session concluded with an overview of THP-E’s work in the region and beyond, providing participants with a broader understanding of its programs.
THP-E emphasized that partnership and collective action are essential for building climate-resilient communities and improving livelihoods.
The Hunger Project–Ethiopia /THP-E/, with support from the Chahabadi Foundation through The Hunger Project Germany, implements the project.
