According to Adamu Mekonnen, Gewocha Project Manager, THP-E participated in the Annual Government and CSO Partnership Forum held in Bahir Dar on April 28–29, 2026. The Amhara Regional Bureau of Finance organized the forum to strengthen coordination, collaboration, and accountability among government institutions and civil society organizations working in the region.
During the event, THP-E obtained a booth to showcase products and results from the Gewocha Project interventions, including Bekele coffee, bananas, and avocados. The exhibition provided an opportunityto showcase key outcomes of project activities implemented in the Amhara Region.
He noted that the forum served as an important platform for sharing experiences, presenting achievements, discussing challenges, and strengthening partnerships among development actors. He further emphasized that participation in the forum enhanced the organization’s visibility and helped disseminate lessons learned from project interventions.
In recognition of its contributions to regional development efforts, THP-E received a Certificate of Appreciation during the forum.
