Delegates from The Hunger Project country offices convened both in person and virtually for an intensive Grants Management Workshop (Nov 17–21, 2025). The five-day program, led by Kosha Shiswawala, Chief Financial Officer, and Jethro Kleibeuker, Lead Global Grants and Compliance (GCC), focused on strengthening compliance, improving financial performance, and developing practical skills across the entire grant lifecycle.
Participants engaged in interactive sessions, hands-on case studies like “HarvestAid,” and workshops on Intacct accounting, ProCo budgeting, and grant reporting, along with breakout discussions and Q&A panels. The workshop promoted collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and the exchange of best practices, reinforcing grant management excellence throughout THP’s global network. The delegates also visited the THP-E office.
